Join us every Monday for Mindful Mondays!

Every Monday will be a different mindfulness practice such as meditation, mindful movement, loving-kindness meditation, and many more. Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to help us cope with life’s stressors. Some of the benefits include anxiety reduction, enhanced sleep, improved mood, and increased ability to focus.

No previous experience necessary and great for beginners. Participants will receive an essential oil roller to carry their mindfulness practice with them wherever they are.

During this workshop series, we will delve into the most important aspects of building and maintaining relationships and consider creative ways to keep them healthy. In each workshop, we will explore a different aspect of relationships, ranging from the significance of social connection to communication styles and problem-solving techniques.
